Mission statement
The KTI’s Career Development Center is dedicated to assisting our graduates in developing, understanding, and connecting their liberal arts educational experience with their career ambitions.
Undergraduates are guided through major selection, career planning, job search, and graduate school alternatives by career development center counsellors. Students and recent alumni can participate in high-quality activities, support, and training courses such as resume and personal statement critiques, mock interviews, workshops, access to employment opportunities, and career assessment testing and interpretation.
Vision statement
Our Career Development Center will be recognized by the institute community as a comprehensive resource for qualified programs, services, and events that meet the career development needs of graduated students and engage them as active participants in exploring and pursuing their career aspirations, resulting in meaningful and purposeful contributions to our society. The Career Development Center aspires to forge strong links with institutions and employers. Our ambition is to establish ourselves as the leading source of career information for the Kurdistan Technical Institute.
